A Busy Week

This week Nursery have made the most of the sunshine. The children loved their Forest School challenges and made some impressive homes for mini beasts from natural materials that they gathered. They then took some leaves inside and used rolling pins and clay to create some fabulous clay leaves which are now waiting to go in to our school kiln. Following the whole school poppy theme, we made some very effective painted poppies using slices of apple to dip in paint. Meanwhile in the kitchen we were experimenting with flour! Creating Flour Towers caused much hilarity and ended a very busy week.
