Inspired by the wonderful British painter Turner, Year 1 studied his sea scapes looking for his characteristic hallmarks of Power, Energy and Feeling. The children translated these into their own impressionist pieces blending inks into cotton fabric with amazing effect. Special thanks to our fabulous art director Mrs Degg.
