Traditional Tales

This term Year 1 have been studying Traditional Tales as ther special topic. They enjoyed a day full of fun dressed up as their favourite character and they also headed off to Gatton Park for a Fairytale Trail. The walk around the beautiful park included a treasure hunt for things you would find in a fairytale as well as a look at describing a classic story setting. They also used their senses when describing some of the natural objects they found and made a herb cocktail.
