Windsor Castle Wonders

Year 1 had a fabulous visit to Windsor Castle on Wednesday. The children were suitably awestruck by the stunning state rooms and Queen Mary’s super sized Doll’s House.  They took in the beauty of the chapel where there is soon to be a royal wedding and were delighted when smart soldiers marched alongside them.  Do enjoy the photo gallery with the children enjoying learning about the rooms in the castle and the tasks that the servants had to do.  Satvika was the lower maid and Dilly took the role of the upper maid. The talk finished with Queen Saraya dubbing Sir Miller.
