Counting in 2s with shoes!

As part of our new topic “I like to Move it, Move it!” we have been naming and labelling body parts. We have used our feet for help us learn to count in 2s. We have used paint to make footprints for a class number line. We have also made some wonderful pairs of shoes which the children created by firstly measuring and drawing around their feet, cutting their shoes out and adding straps and finally the challenge was to create a pair that look the same. What a wonderful job our Reception children have done!
