They came, they smiled, they filled all of our hearts with warmth and they thanked us. We all look forward to Grandparents’ Day and continue to be amazed at the distances devoted grandparents travel to spend a morning with their grandchild in school. We were delighted to see the joy that they spread as eager children shared their work and took part in joint activities together before a tour of the school and refreshments whilst Year 2 performed some poetry and song. Thank you all so much for coming to join us. We hope to see you next year.
