Where do Pirates like to shop? Argos! Just one of the many jokes that we all enjoyed on Wednesday- International Talk Like a Pirate Day. We enjoyed swabbing decks, climbing the rigging and finding treasure during some exciting Treasure Hunts. Studying p in phonics meant some fun with p for pirates and p for parrots. There were also sails all around the Nursery so that we could design and board our own pirate ship and sail off with our home made maps with X marking the spot!
