Special thanks to Marvellous Mrs London and Magnificent Miss Kate Rendall and the whole beautifully dressed Nursery Team for this wonderful Castle Banquet. The children arrived at school in splendid royal costumes and began a day full of fabulous activities culminating in a banquet. Following a right royal welcome for the Queen of Hearts with a fanfare, we enjoyed displays of dancing, jousting and horse racing. A delicious feast was then served complete with homemade jam tarts made by our tiny cooks. This special Castle Day was rounded off by some musical statues and everyone retired tired but happy from their wonderful Castle capers.
