Super Soup in the Nursery Kitchen

This week has been vegetable week in Nursery. The children have dug up vegetables, washed vegetables and grated, chopped   and cooked vegetables. The end result was the most delicious vegetable soup. The children enjoyed tasting the vegetables as they worked but not as much as they enjoyed the soup which proved to be a great success. Do try this at home.
