Discover the vibrant and joyful atmosphere at St Christopher’s by joining us at our termly Open Mornings in October, February and May or book a personal tour to experience our nurturing environment.

Once you have visited us and you have decided you would like to register your child, the next stage would be to complete our Registration Form and pay a non-refundable registration fee of £90.

This will register your child for a particular year group, although at this stage your place is not guaranteed. Once both the completed registration form and fee has been received, your application will be processed.

• Reception entry: If a place is available, registered children will be invited for a taster session with informal observations.
• Years 1–2 entry: Children will complete an age-appropriate assessment. Please provide their latest school report before the visit.

• Nursery entry: Formal offer and deposit details are sent out the year before your child is due to start with us.
• Main school entry: After a successful visit, we issue a formal offer and deposit requirements.
• To confirm a place, parents must complete our Acceptance Form (based on our Terms and Conditions) and pay a £750 deposit to secure your child’s place.

Joining St Christopher’s Nursery

As your child prepares to join our Nursery, we’re dedicated to making their transition smooth and enjoyable. By offering the following settling-in process:

1. Online Familiarisation Materials: Before your child’s official start date, you’ll receive online materials and captivating stories designed to familiarise your child with the upcoming adventure at St Christopher’s. These engaging resources pave the way for a positive introduction to our learning environment.
2. Pre-Nursery Afternoon Settling-In Sessions: Attend our specially crafted Pre-Nursery afternoon settling-in sessions on Mondays. These sessions are an integral part of our comprehensive settling-in process, providing an opportunity for your child to become familiar with the new surroundings, meet their peers, and build early connections with our dedicated staff.

Joining St Christopher’s School at the beginning of the Autumn Term

During the Summer term your child will be invited to attend our whole school moving up morning which provides the opportunity to not only meet their new friends but also their teacher for the next academic year.
