An Exciting Day of Activities and Adventures!

Reception’s week kicked off with a fantastic outing to Nower Wood Educational Nature Reserve.

The children had an amazing time participating in engaging activities such as pond dipping, mini beast hunting, bug racing, creating magic potions, and taking a sensory walk while blindfolded. Of course, the highlight of the day was enjoying a delightful picnic lunch together.

We learned so much about the different creatures during our time at Nower Wood. After a day packed with fun and exploration, many of us even fell asleep on the coach ride back home.
